great location internal courtyard friendly staff worn furniture low water pressure no elevator
this hotel has a great location. it is very near piazza san marco. the staff was friendly. my room was large and quiet. it overlooked an internal courtyard. i liked the dinner recommendations.
my room looks nothing like the photo. the furniture and fabrics were worn. i experienced no water pressure one morning so i could not shower. there was no heat one night so i slept in my coat. also there isn't any elevator.

inner courtyard early breakfast great location
the hotel location was wonderful! it was close to the main attractions. the staff provided breakfast boxes when i had to leave early. the hotel has a beautiful inner courtyard. the breakfast had plenty of tasty food with prosecco.
the hotel is only accessible by foot or a very expensive water taxi.

convenient location perfect canal high ceilings amazing chandelier
the location proved convenient. san marco square was only minutes away. the view from the room included a perfect canal with a balcony. the room featured high ceilings with a chandelier.
the water pressure in the shower was quite low.

the breakfast included many options, a GREAT start for the day. many guests filled up before exploring the sights. breakfast is self-service and offers basic items, precisely what you need before a day of walking.
